The Socktober Mystery Socks were ripped and I started Hedgerow Socks instead. I don't like sock knit patterns with yarnovers or other hole creating stiches and Hedgerow socks fit the bill. I saw the link to pattern on Yarn Harlots site. I am using size 1 40'' addi turbo circulars, one sock at a time only. I like this better than dpns now because it is seemingly less dangerous to knit around my son this way...fewer sharp points. Only one more toe to go.
It looks like a bunch of laundry, but these this is my collections of all the socks I have knitted so far. they are all in good shape except the second pair I knitted, the ones with the blue stripes. The hourglass heel on those is sorta coming undone. Can you tell I like green, brown and black?
