Feb Sock Club Yarn from Hazel Knits in Grape Harvest and Deep Peacock shown with assorted gifties, yarn soap, dpns, laminated Kirchner instructions and tea plus sock pattern suggestions and info about the inspiration for the colors and dying process. I have a few ideas for what to make with the yarn: a narrow Stained Glass Scarf from HandKnit Holidays and spiraly striped socks a la Grumperina. I'll add em to the queue. I'll make the scarf first and then see how much I have leftover to make socks.

I finished the Crazy Chevron Scarf on a drive to Sedona. It pooled in a couple places, but not too bad. Decreasing the number of stitches may have been the way to go in retrospect. I steam-iron blocked it to take away the curl. It is a little itchy.. I have more of this yarn (different colorway) that I'm using to make socks.

These are not the usual colors for me but it is hard for me to resist self striping yarn. There are a few places where it pooled so perhaps I could have made a narrower scarf to prevent that. I am finished with this already but don't have a pic yet. Here are the specs for my records:
